The goal of this site is to share with family and friends my knowledge and strategies to investing / trading. I utilized fundamental (income statement, balance sheets, and cash flow) and technical (charts) analysis to draw my investment decisions. My filtered companies are from the former and current Dividend Achievers list. These companies are worth tracking because of their prestige record of dividends and profitability.
The follow criteria are considered prior to making investment decisions.
1.) Safety
2.) An attractive return - Dividend then Earning
3.) A good chance of appreciation in price.
More than anything else, I want to educate friends and family on the value of investing. Remember not to work for money but make money work for you.
